The tail is lightly stuffed and has a strong webbing tab sewn in to enable you to change the ribbon or attach a safety pin which will also be included

 The collar is made with solid D and O rings and is very secure.  It is baby pink lace with satin ribbon overlay and I have sewn a cute kitten charm near to the D ring.  The collar is finished with an oversized cream kitten bell and white satin bow.
